The boards where your work lives — without living in the tab.

Ask what is overdue, what is waiting on you, and where a project really stands. Move items, change statuses and post updates from the conversation. You decide whether it can write.

Read the board like a chief-of-staff would. Across the project, not row by row.

What it actually does

  • Ask what is overdue or stuck. 1Presence reads across your boards and tells you what has slipped, what is waiting on you, and where a project stands — without you scanning columns one by one.
  • Pull a project into one short brief. Items, owners, statuses and the latest updates, gathered into a plain summary you can read in a moment.
  • Update without opening the board. Move an item to Done, change a status, set a date, add a subitem, or post an update — all from chat.
  • Keep the conversation going. Reply to an update thread, nudge a teammate with a notification, or duplicate an item to spin up the next piece of work.

It knows the structure of a board

Monday boards are not flat lists — they are groups, columns, statuses, owners, subitems and updates. 1Presence reads that structure, so "mark the design task in progress and assign it to me" lands on the right item, in the right column, with the right value.

It reads your Monday Docs too, and can start one or add to it — useful when a board needs a written brief alongside the rows.

Try asking

A working board, talked through instead of scrolled:

What's overdue across my boards this week?

Reads your boards and lists what has slipped, grouped by project.

Move the onboarding item to Done and set the launch date to Friday.

Makes both edits on the right item, then confirms what changed.

Brief me on the Q3 campaign board.

Gathers items, owners, statuses and recent updates into one summary.

Post an update on the homepage task: blocked on copy, need it by Tuesday.

Drafts the update, posts it to the item, and threads any reply back to you.

Read-only, or let it write

Connect through Monday's own login and choose your level. Read-only lets 1Presence brief you on boards, items and updates and never change a thing. Read + Write adds the ability to move items, set statuses, post updates and create new items, groups and docs.

Either way, the things you would not want done lightly — permanently deleting an item, a column, or an entire board — always stop and ask you first. Routine status changes happen smoothly; irreversible ones get a confirmation. Administration of the account itself (users, billing, workspaces) is deliberately out of reach. You can disconnect any time, and access ends on the next turn.

How access works

Brief on read-only. Move work on read + write.

Read across your boards for an honest picture of where things stand, then — if you grant it — keep them current from chat. The destructive edits always ask first; account administration stays off-limits.
