Strava

The story of your training, easy to ask about.

Talk through your week of training the way a thoughtful coach would — splits, heart rate, the shape of the mileage. Reads only your own activity, only when you ask, and never used to train anything.

The work you put in, something you can simply ask about.

What it actually does

  • Ask how your week went. 1Presence reads your recent activities and tells you the shape of the week — distance, time, how hard you went, where you eased off — without scrolling a feed of your own workouts.
  • See your year, not just yesterday. Kilometres run this year, hours on the bike, how the all-time totals are stacking up — the aggregate picture, so you see progress and not just the last session.
  • Talk through a single session. Splits, heart rate, power, the climb that hurt — it reads one activity end to end and helps you make sense of how it felt versus what the data says.
  • Know your gear and your profile. Which shoes have the miles, what your recent form looks like — the small context a good coach keeps in mind.

A moment of it

How did this week's training actually go?

Solid week — 42km across four runs, up about 15% on last week. Tuesday's intervals were your sharpest in a month; Sunday's long run you held an easy heart rate the whole way, which is exactly right.

One flag: three of four runs were in your hard zone. If next week is meant to build, you have room to add easy volume rather than more intensity.

Read on request, never in the background

Connecting Strava grants permission, not a pipeline. 1Presence looks at your activity only in the moment you ask — there is no sync running quietly, no analysis happening while you are away.

The connection is read-only and limited to your own activity — including your private activities, which never leave the conversation between you and your agent. Your data is never used to train anything. Authentication is through Strava's own login, the token is stored encrypted, and you can revoke it in one tap.
