How deeply should your Presence think?

Pick a depth of thinking. No bill shock, no dark patterns, cancel any time.

Some questions want a quick, sure answer. Others deserve to be turned over slowly. 1Presence can do both — you choose, one message at a time, how much thought to put into a reply.

• Swift. Quick, everyday answers — checking your day, drafting a short reply, catching the gist of a long email. Light on credit, right for most of what you ask.
• Deep. Presence slows down and reasons through — a report to write, a contract to weigh, a decision with real stakes. It does more with each question, and draws credit faster.
• Max. Its fullest attention, for the hardest problems — the long document, the model to build, the thing you would otherwise sleep on.

Deeper thinking does more work per question, so it draws down your credit faster. You always see where that credit stands, and you never pay a surprise.

The difference between the plans is depth and headroom, not access. Memory, your vault, every connector and unlimited agents are in all three — the deeper plans simply unlock deeper thinking and carry more credit to spend on it.

Prices are shown in US dollars and billed in your local currency at checkout. Your credit is held in USD, so your monthly allowance never shifts with exchange rates.

New accounts start with $5 of credit — no card required. That is enough for a good week of real use: connect your email and calendar, mint a couple of agents, write your first vault notes, ask hundreds of questions. If it clicks, you can stay. If it does not, you walk away owing nothing.

We chose this deliberately. The product takes a few days to start paying off, because that is how long it takes for memory to accumulate. A trial that ends after one session would be lying about how 1Presence actually works.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of credit, and you can top up as you go — billed transparently, with a small fixed margin over what the platform pays for the AI itself, and never a surprise. You set a monthly cap. The platform will not charge a cent beyond it. When you approach the cap, 1Presence tells you. Past the cap, it pauses, and you decide whether to raise it or move up a plan.

Most people never hit the cap. A typical Swift conversation costs cents; deeper thinking costs more, which is exactly why the deeper plans carry more credit to spend on it.

Anything you generate in Creator Studio — images, video, voice — is priced the same transparent way and drawn from the same balance. You only pay for what you actually create.

• No usage-based bill shock. Every plan has a cap. We will pause before we ever surprise you.
• No gating the relationship. Memory, connectors, your vault and unlimited agents are in every plan — the plans differ in how deeply Presence thinks, not in whether it remembers you.
• No selling your data. We do not train models on your vault, your memory or your conversations. Not now, not later.
• No annual prepay required. Month to month. Cancel any time, your vault stays exportable for 30 days.
• No dark patterns. One button to start. One button to cancel. Your billing page tells you the truth about what you spent.

You can change plans or cancel inside the app at any time — no email-the-team friction. Moving up takes effect right away, and the unused portion of your old month is deducted from your first payment; moving down takes effect at your next cycle, and you keep everything you paid for until then. If something goes wrong in your first month and you feel the product did not deliver, we will refund you. After that, you keep the months you used.

Credit you top up is yours: it never expires, carries across months, and survives changing plans or cancelling. If you cancel with unspent top-up credit, you can keep spending it — or ask us to refund the remainder.

When you cancel, your vault remains accessible for 30 days. You can export everything as plain markdown files at any time, and the export still works after you cancel.

The plans above are for one person. When a whole company works in 1Presence, it runs on a team plan instead: the organisation pays per seat, and every seat funds one shared credit pool the whole team draws from — spending flexes to wherever the work is that week, with no stranded per-person allowances and no true-ups. An admin can cap any member with a single number, see exactly where the month is going, and read one clear bill for the company. Nobody is ever charged personally for company work, and each person's private 1Presence stays their own, billed separately.
