Nothing here is fixed. The pieces are ordinary agents, routines, records and dashboards, so anything you know about shaping those applies. Retire whatever earns nothing.

Your first run

Installing starts a short setup conversation — not a form. Answer roughly, correct later.

1. The first sweep looks back twelve months through your email for money that actually moved, so the dashboard is charted from real history rather than starting empty.
2. From then on it raises a card only when something needs a person — an amount it could not read, a regular payment that has not appeared, a subscription that renewed dearer.
3. You correct a few categorisations in chat — the categories are yours, not a fixed list — and it keeps those rules from then on.
4. Tell it what you never want flagged, and it remembers.

Watch the first pass, then tell it what you would have done differently — that correction teaches it more than any setup could.
