Your account, your data, your exit.

You sign in with an email magic link or with Google — there is no password to invent, store, or forget. Your account is tied to that address.

Need to move your account to a different email? Write to [email protected] from your current address and we will sort it with you.

Three things make up "your data", and each is yours in a concrete way:

• Your vault — real markdown files in cloud storage scoped exclusively to your account. Not a proprietary database: plain files, readable anywhere, compatible with Obsidian. About the vault.
• Your memory — the accumulated understanding of who you are and what matters to you, kept in your own isolated instance. You can browse it and correct it any time. About memory.
• Your conversations — the running history of everything you and your agents have said, private to you.

None of it is training data, and none of it is sold. Ever. The privacy page covers isolation and encryption in detail.

Your vault is plain markdown from the start, so there is no lock-in to escape. Any document downloads from its own page — as markdown, PDF, or Word — and export keeps working after you cancel.

Plans start at $8 a month and include AI credit; you can top up, set a monthly cap the platform will never cross, and see where your balance stands at all times. Cancel inside the app, any time — no email-the-team friction. You keep everything you paid for until the end of your cycle, and your vault remains accessible for 30 days after that so you can export at leisure. Credit you topped up stays yours: keep spending it, or ask us to refund the remainder.

Deletion is self-service and complete. In Billing → Delete account, type your account email to confirm. Deletion is scheduled with a seven-day grace window — a safety margin, not a dark pattern: sign back in during those seven days and you can cancel it with one tap, with everything intact.

When the window closes, your account, vault, memory, conversations and billing record are removed. Two honest notes: export anything you want to keep before the window closes, and if you have unspent paid credit, ask for a refund first — deletion removes the billing record it would be refunded to.
