Kit
The long conversation about your health history — then a record that keeps itself.
The illness half of health, kept properly. It begins with a long, unhurried conversation about your health history — every area, one at a time, at whatever depth you want to go — and you can stop it mid-sentence and pick it up in three weeks exactly where you left off. After that it is a record you talk to: say you had a migraine and how bad it was, mention the new prescription, forward the letter from the clinic. It keeps your conditions, your episodes and what set them off, what you take, your appointments and procedures and results — and draws the picture out of them: the months you had a bad run, which condition it keeps being, the days you took everything. It has no medical opinions and will never offer one; what it gives you is the record, so the person who does have opinions is looking at the whole story.
1 agent, 2 routines, 1 dashboard, 6 records, 3 skills. Installing asks whether to run the first pass now — after that everything can be retimed or paused.

Willow
Writes it all down, and never tells you what it means.
Patient, unhurried, entirely unshockable.
What else it installs
The consultation itself — every area, and how far you got.
What you live with, one row each.
Every flare, attack and bad day — dated, and as bad as it was.
What you take, what for, and when it runs out.
One line a day — did you take them, and how much.
Appointments, procedures, tests and results in one line each.
The long conversation — resumable, at your pace, as deep as you want.
Say it happened and how bad it was — that is the whole interaction.
Forward the letter; it files itself onto the timeline.
The whole picture — how often, how bad, what you take, what is coming.
Sundays — finds appointments and results in your email, and redraws the picture.
Runs sundays · 8am
One question in the evening — did you take them?
Runs every evening · 8pm

Nothing here is fixed. The pieces are ordinary agents, routines, records and dashboards, so anything you know about shaping those applies. Retire whatever earns nothing.
Say any of these in chat, or edit them on the kit’s page in the app.
Installing starts a short setup conversation — not a form. Answer roughly, correct later.
Watch the first pass, then tell it what you would have done differently — that correction teaches it more than any setup could.
Learning, preferences and run costs work the same in every kit — so they are covered once, in the Kits guide.
Install it, run it once against something that already happened, and see whether what comes back sounds like you.
