Kit
What's thirsty, what wants sowing this fortnight, and what the plot gave back — the whole garden in one head.
Plants don't complain until it's too late. This one keeps the whole plot in its head — the windowsill, the pots, the beds, the greenhouse, the allotment — what's thirsty, what wants sowing this fortnight, and which corner you haven't properly looked at since June. Tell Marigold about each plant once and it goes in the plant book; say "watered everything", "sowed two rows of carrots" or "picked 1.2kg of toms" in passing and the garden log grows, and the book's next-due dates move with it. Twice a week a round works out what is genuinely due and says so only then — and warns you when a frost is coming for something tender. Once a month the season is redrawn for the plants you actually have: what to sow, feed, prune, protect and pick, and when.
1 agent, 2 routines, 1 dashboard, 3 records, 2 skills. Installing ends with Meet Marigold — a short conversation sets it up, and everything can be retimed or paused after.

Marigold
Keeps the whole plot in its head, so you can keep yours on the growing.
Patient, seasonal, unbothered by a plant that didn't take; named for the flower planted beside the tomatoes to keep the pests off.
What else it installs
One row per plant — where it lives, what it wants, and when it was last looked after.
Every watering, feed, sowing, pruning and picking — one row each, against its plant.
The sow, plant-out, feed, prune, protect and harvest windows for the plants you actually have.
"Watered everything", "sowed two rows of carrots", "picked 1.2kg of toms" — and the right rows land.
Names a plant, finds what it wants where you are, and writes it on the row — with the source.
What needs you, the season ahead for your plants, how they're doing, and what the plot gave back.
Mondays and Thursdays — works out what is genuinely due, and warns of a frost coming for something tender.

A kit earns its place when it changes what you look at and what you say, not when it is installed. This is the rhythm that makes it pay.
Nothing here is fixed. The pieces are ordinary agents, routines, records and dashboards, so anything you know about shaping those applies. Retire whatever earns nothing.
Say any of these in chat, or edit them on the kit’s page in the app.
Installing starts a short setup conversation — not a form. Answer roughly, correct later.
Watch the first pass, then tell it what you would have done differently — that correction teaches it more than any setup could.
Learning, preferences and run costs work the same in every kit — so they are covered once, in the Kits guide.
Install it, run it once against something that already happened, and see whether what comes back sounds like you.
