Health & Lookout

Your whole health story, kept — and honestly watched for what deserves attention.

Your whole health story, kept — and watched over. It begins with a proper sit-down about your history: every area of health offered to you one panel at a time, so nothing depends on what happens to be front of mind, and you can stop mid-sentence and pick it up weeks later exactly where you left off. From then on it is a record you talk to: say you had a migraine and how bad it was, mention the new prescription, forward the letter from the clinic. And the record is read, end to end, by a second keeper whose only job is to notice what it adds up to — a pattern worth a doctor’s attention, a screening you are now due — and to tell you plainly, with the reasoning shown. It will never diagnose you and never suggest a treatment; when something is worth acting on, it says who to see and hands you the whole story to take along.

How it works

The mechanics of this kit, plainly — what runs and when, where the data lands, and what you look at.

  • Care sweep runs sundays · 8am and keeps the Health & Lookout dashboard fresh. Sundays — keeps the record true and the picture current. Reads nothing you haven’t named.
  • Daily medication check runs every evening · 8pm. One question in the evening — did you take them?
  • Monthly watch runs monthly · 1st · 9am. Once a month, Rowan reads everything — and speaks only if something clears the bar.
  • What is captured lands in the About you record, which lives at Data/Health Profile in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • What is captured lands in the Health intake record, which lives at Data/Health Intake in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • What is captured lands in the Conditions record, which lives at Data/Conditions in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • What is captured lands in the Episodes record, which lives at Data/Episodes in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • What is captured lands in the Medications record, which lives at Data/Medications in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • What is captured lands in the Doses taken record, which lives at Data/Doses in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • What is captured lands in the Care record, which lives at Data/Care Record in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • What is captured lands in the Health watch record, which lives at Data/Health Watch in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file.
  • The Health & Lookout dashboard reads from the record and shows, at a glance: your history, on file · episodes logged · typical severity, month by month · which condition, how often · days you were affected · what is coming · due and overdue · doses a day · days you took everything · under watch · what this is · what you live with · what you take · care record.

The wiring, in one breath: Willow runs Health consultation · Health consultation keeps its place in Health intake · Health intake grounded by About you · Health consultation fills in Conditions · Conditions logged against in Episodes · Episodes fed by Episode capture · Episode capture records Medications · Medications checked by Daily medication check · Daily medication check writes to Doses taken · Doses taken shown by Health & Lookout · Health & Lookout kept fresh by Care sweep · Care sweep writes to Care record · Care record filed by Care filing · Willow read end to end by Rowan · Rowan keeps watch with Risk review · Risk review writes to Health watch · Health watch kept current by Monthly watch · Rowan sends you prepared with Record pack.

Make it yours

Nothing here is fixed. The pieces are ordinary agents, routines, records and dashboards, so anything you know about shaping those applies. Retire whatever earns nothing.

Things people usually change first

Say any of these in chat, or edit them on the kit’s page in the app.

  • Where the records live — some people move them into a private folder with the rest of their medical paperwork, and it remembers.
  • Which checks the weekly sweep may run — each email or calendar check is enabled by name in conversation, and can be switched off the same way.
  • Whether the evening medication question is asked at all, and at what time.
  • How deep the consultation goes in a sitting, and which areas to leave alone entirely.
  • How the watch behaves — what you want Rowan to keep a particular eye on, and anything you would rather not be flagged about.

Your first run

Installing starts a short setup conversation — not a form. Answer roughly, correct later.

  1. It opens with a conversation, not a form and not an empty screen. Willow — the keeper who writes your record — offers the whole territory of health a few areas at a time as tap-to-answer panels: heart, breathing, digestion, sleep, mind, medications, operations, what runs in your family. Most answers cost one tap.
  2. Where something does affect you, Willow slows down and asks properly — when it started, how it shows up, what sets it off, what you have tried, who looks after it. Everything is written down as you speak.
  3. You can stop at any point. The record knows which areas are covered and which are still unasked, so weeks later "carry on" resumes exactly where you were.
  4. Nothing reads your email or calendar out of the box. If the conversation surfaces a clinic that emails your appointments, Willow offers that specific check by name — and only what you switch on is ever read, going back a year the first time so the record gains its history.
  5. From then on it is conversational: say you had a migraine and how bad it was, forward the letter from the clinic, mention the new prescription.
  6. And once a month Rowan — the second keeper — reads the whole record through. Most months that ends in silence. When something genuinely clears the bar, you get one card: what was noticed, why, and who to see, with your record packed and ready to take along. Never a diagnosis, never a treatment suggestion.

Watch the first pass, then tell it what you would have done differently — that correction teaches it more than any setup could.
