Kit
Everything you're booked for, in order, with the ticket to hand and the calendar checked — swept from your own inbox.
The gig you bought tickets for in January and forgot about by June. This reads back through a year of your email for ticket confirmations — gigs, theatre, comedy, sport, talks, festivals, films — and turns every live ticket into one register: what it is, where, when, where the ticket itself is kept (a link into your vault when the file was saved, or your own words when it lives in an app or at the box office), and whether it is in your calendar yet. The board shows what's on in order, what's this weekend, the tickets you hold, and the ones not in the diary — and offers to add those, at your word only. Mention something you've booked and it goes on the register; the day before, one brief lands with the ticket to hand. Nothing here buys, sells or contacts a venue, and nothing here ever holds a barcode.
1 agent, 2 routines, 1 dashboard, 1 record, 1 skill. Installing offers the first sweep on the same screen — connect, run it, and everything can be retimed or paused after.

The mechanics of this kit, plainly — what runs and when, where the data lands, and what you look at.
Data/Event Register in your vault — yours to open, search, and edit like any other file. The wiring, in one breath: Event capture writes to Event register · Event register shown by What's On · What's On kept fresh by Ticket sweep · Ticket sweep run by Robin · Robin runs Event brief · Robin holds Event capture.
A kit earns its place when it changes what you look at and what you say, not when it is installed. This is the rhythm that makes it pay.
Nothing here is fixed. The pieces are ordinary agents, routines, records and dashboards, so anything you know about shaping those applies. Retire whatever earns nothing.
Say any of these in chat, or edit them on the kit’s page in the app.
Installing starts a short setup conversation — not a form. Answer roughly, correct later.
Watch the first pass, then tell it what you would have done differently — that correction teaches it more than any setup could.
Learning, preferences and run costs work the same in every kit — so they are covered once, in the Kits guide.
Install it, run it once against something that already happened, and see whether what comes back sounds like you.
